Storage units - no matter where you find them in the Los Angeles basin are expensive - so to find one that staff's people who are empathetic and professional, helps buffer the price-sting. Everybody that staffs this facility is pleasant and takes time to listen to the customer concerns and or needs. In my experience, the facilities/maintenance man - Tony - has been particularly kind and VERY helpful from day 1. My family and I only rented this space due to the sudden death of our Mom, and as I stated, the staff is great, and Tony went out of his way - on a number of occasions to help me, my brother and our nephews, during what was largely a tough time - Thank you South Bay Storage and Tony in particular!!

You won't find a better storage facility! Excellent and professional staff, great security, and a good variety of unit sizes. We were so lucky to find them. We have definitely had bad experiences at other storage places, and this facility has NONE of those problems. Love that they use auto-pay to make things easy. I have been with them for years, and I won't leave until I move out of the area. UPDATE - June 2024: Well, it happened. I had to move out of the area. After 4 years at this awesome storage facility, it was time to move out of the state. I'm so sad to leave. All of the office personnel are fantastic and the on-site security is such an excellent peace of mind. They made my move-out SO easy. I had storage PODS coming in to load my stuff into, and the staff coordinated with me effortlessly. Shout-out to Grey in the office and Tony on the grounds. They reduced my stress levels during a move like no team I've ever worked with. If you need storage - GO HERE. Your stuff will be safe and their rates and access hours are reasonable and convenient. They have a climate-controlled building available and interior access as well as exterior access units of all different sizes.
