Where do I begin? From the first moment I walked in the door at the Antelope location (on Watt Ave), Dana greeted me warmly and friendly; I told him I was looking for a storage unit, although I wasn't ready to rent yet, if I liked it, I would return soon. Dana's personality is beyond "good customer service", he's naturally patient and helpful. We discussed my options and he showed me a few units that were available. Then, I met Randy, he and Dana work together as a team to serve customer needs. At first I primarily worked with Dana when I was ready to move in my belongings; I'm glad since moving in, I've had the pleasant opportunity to speak with and interact with Randy, too. What I like about them both is they work together very well to ensure the Just Storage (Antelope) facility is up to par. In fact, the facility is always clean and what's supposed to work, works! Like keypads, bathrooms, automatic lighting; and whenever a customer walks in both Dana and Randy are welcoming, knowledgeable, HONEST, and ready to serve. It's a bit of a drive for me to get to the Antelope Location; but, it's worth it! And, I'm glad Just Storage (Antelope) is the storage facility I chose! They're pricing is competitively better than other storage facilities I've used in the past, and I'm a firm believer you get what you pay for! The best part is at Just Storage, comparatively speaking, I don't have to pay so much! I highly recommend Just Storage and my favorite location, thus far, is the Antelope (Watt Ave) Location! Primarily because of Dana and Randy! 😊👋🏼

Just Storage in Antelope provides excellent service and great value. The team is friendly and professional, and the facility is clean, secure and conveniently located. Their climate control units are well-maintained and the pricing is very reasonable. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of quality storage.

We have been JustStorage customers for a while now but let me tell you why. This facility has it all. It’s super clean. Centrally located and fits in well with the community. …But most of all we were really impressed with our interactions of the JustStorage team, in particular, Randy and Dana. As a recently retired Executive in a customer facing industry I can tell you these guys and this location are top notch. Knowledgeable. Professional and you feel as though they care about your belongings as much as you do. It’s great to do business with local companies that you trust.

I needed a storage space immediately and was able to get ahold of someone suprisingly fast. He walked me through everything very patiently and professionally. Thank you Jessie! When I arrived at the facility, I felt welcomed and was given a full tour even though the office was closing. The units are clean and cared for. I definitely feel safe having my things there so far.

I had an excellent experience thanks to Randy. From the moment I arrived, he greeted me with professionalism and a welcoming attitude. He explained everything clearly, walked me through the process, and made sure I understood all the details about the storage unit. Randy was patient with my questions and never made me feel rushed. What stood out most was his willingness to go above and beyond, whether it was helping me with options, giving honest advice, or making sure I felt comfortable with my decision. It’s rare these days to find staff who truly care about the customer experience, and Randy is definitely one of them. I left feeling confident and well taken care of. If you’re working with JustStorage, I highly recommend asking for Randy, he’s a great example of excellent customer service!
