Extra Space Storage

I have been keeping my extra stuff at ExtraSpace for years now and they have been extremely easy to work with. in particular Caitlin in the front office has made my interaction with them so easy and so positive I am beyond grateful to have her there. She is an absolute asset to her company and deserve high marks for being such a proactive employee. I am grateful to have her and extra space so close by and I feel like my extra possessions that I keep in storage are in safe hands.

If u could give zero stars I would. This place is terrible. The staff are nails . Very discrimination. They locked me out of my storage even tho I paid. They're unofficial texting from different numbers and at all hours And don't believe the big bummer that says "first month free" that is a lie and according to the manager and other tenants there is a big problem with storage units being broken into. Was told by manager someone even put theyre stuff in someone else's storage. How does anyone have the time to rob a storage and load theyre stuff into it without anyone knowing? Let alone howd they get in there?? Craziness I highly suggest not using this place or Locksley go to US storage on rock creek. Much more legit and legal at least And secure and promp

My Mom has been with this storage facility long before it was ExtraSpace Storage. She had been receiving rate increase notices over time. The last notice in August was much higher, she wasn’t going to be able to afford it. So we went into the office & spoke with Robby for the first time. We explained our concern of the new rate increase. He reviewed her account & found that a Senior discount should have been applied. He said he would get those new rates approved & corrected to the right amounts. He also said he’d notify me by text when it was done. Sure enough that same day, he sent me a text notifying me that it was approved & corrected in her account. We are so happy. We appreciate the help & great customer service Robby gave. Hard to find these days.

Unit itself was nice and hours are convenient. However, rates tripled within the end of the first year from when I signed up. I’m grateful they gave me no choice to move out and stop paying them! Be warned! I moved in with a $63 special but initial move in cost was $218 dollars then it was $63 for three more months then got bumped up to $115, then 6 months later they bumped it up to $181! Total at the mercy of the storage, they have the right to raise prices whenever they want and trust me they take full advantage of it.

Extra Space Storage on Nevada Street is just the best storage facility I’ve ever rented with. Robby is so kind, accommodating and helpful. Other managers and assistants have noticed also. The facility is sparkling clean. He’s such a hard worker every time I come to my unit he’s fixing something or cleaning something. This company is very lucky to have him. I tell all my friends!!!
