I moved to Homer in two box truck loads. I put the first load in a storage unit while buying a house. The units are clean and secure, plowing is prompt when it snows and the gate is locked at night. I made countless trips once I bought a house to move my belongings. Never once I have a problem with ice or snow since the plow and sander worked hard to keep the grounds clear and safe.

We have stored our summer gear there for years. This year we are also renting a summer office so that we can easily work remotely and stay longer. We are very happy with the flexibility this has given us. The only problem is that this is a popular place so depending on the time of year there may not be space available. Calling ahead is smart.

The owner is quick to assumptions and ignores evidence and doesn't ask for the truth. She thinks I'm guilty of something and the only thing I have done is help friends move there stuff in or out of a locker and help her own tendent change a lock so there ex couldn't get in. If your looking to rent a storage please try anywhere else first you'll save your self a headache

Great security, various size storage units, great prices. Only issue is that they lock the gate around 8pm so you can't get in. It's a problem if you need in at night or are moving and need to use it throughout the night.

Not a bad storage facility and nice folks, but when I moved my stuff in, I inquired about the gate whether there’s a code or hours. I was told it’s always open. Good to know. Well, one night when I had to leave around midnight for a very early flight for some military stuff I was doing, I dropped by for some of my gear. Well guess what—gate was locked. There was a sign saying gate hours and sorry for the inconvenience. Let me tell you, I was pretty irate. Luckily I found a way in or I would have rammed the gate. Not one phone call or notice about the change in advance. Unacceptable for a business to not do due diligence to notify customers. If you’re going to lock your gate after customers made the choice to do business with you because they get 24/7 access to their stuff, be big girls and boys, and install a coded gate system.
