The location manager, Anne, is fantastic! Friendly, knowledgeable and helped me with moving to a new unit. I highly recommend renting from Barham storage if you need extra space!

The place is so clean inside the units and out. Great gated space with someone on site most days. Very friendly staff. Compared to other storage units in town this is leaps and bounds better than other places.

This storage facility is clean, well-kept and much more affordable than most of the other places around town. I like the fact that it has an on-site manager that lives there and walks the property often, that makes me feel my belongings are secure. I also appreciate that you can have more than one lock on your container. I have no complaints, although I do wish the gate hours were open a little later than 7pm.

I have been storing with this place for at least 8 years, if not more. It used to be managed by a lovely couple that I assume were owners or private entity and it was amazing. Fair prices, clean, easy to communicate with. Now - not so much. Storage pro - more like storage pros at scamming. I get an increase of rate notice every quarter - what I was paying 104.00 month for, I am now paying 180.00 a month, however advertised price is 150.00 a month. I called to inquire and was told “it would be looked into, but I’m really busy and might forget so call back” - I’ve now been calling back for 3 months and can never get an answer. I used to pay many months in advance in cash - that is not allowed any longer, in fact I was told no cash, period. I was forced to give a card number - more than once my card has been double charged and I have to cancel my card, deal with the bank and be told by storage “pros” that they have no idea what happened, blah blah blah. Since the “pros” took over, the place has zero maintenance, trash is blown up against units, everything is dirty and run down. It’s very clear it’s a for profit and screw the tenant entity now, which is sad. I live out of state, however I plan to end my storage use ASAP - do not trust these people, they are corporate scam artists that are dishonest and have no intention of supporting their long time tenants.

Safest storage facility in Sonoma County. The staff is responsive to the needs of the unit renters. I have been storing my things since the 1980's when it was called Barham Self Storage. The New people are on top of things just like the old folks before them.
