Configure state boundaries and search parameters in the "Data Services" section, then use the ingestion script to populate the database. You can run the ingestion process using this command: python manage.py runscript ingest_data --script-args="--site-id=1 --states=CA TX FL"

Finding Storage

Use the search bar on the homepage to enter your location. You can filter results by unit size, price range, features (like climate control), and availability dates.

Each facility listing includes photos, address, operating hours, available unit types with prices, amenities (security features, access hours), and renter reviews.

Yes, you can reserve and rent units entirely online. Many facilities offer virtual tours so you can view the space before booking.

Booking and Payment

Most facilities accept credit/debit cards and digital wallets. Some may also accept ACH transfers for recurring payments.

Security deposit requirements vary by facility. This information is displayed during the booking process before payment.

Managing Your Rental

Access details are provided after your booking is confirmed. This typically includes gate codes, access hours, and instructions for any security systems.

Log in to your account, go to "My Rentals," select the unit, and choose "Extend Rental." You can extend by months or switch to a month-to-month arrangement.

Use the "Support" option in your dashboard to report any issues. For urgent matters, facility contact information is provided in your rental details.
